Update Admin Control Panel Plesk

In the near future, the admin control panels on all servers will be updated to Plesk 18 Obsidian.
Plesk Obsidian is the successor of Plesk Onyx and will replace Onyx.
Below you will find more details about the planned work.

The update work will result in approximately 15 minutes of downtime of individual server services.
