The renewal of domains is normally done automatically. If your customer account has sufficient credit at the time of renewal, your domain will be renewed for 1 year at the time of renewal. If your customer account does not have sufficient credit, domains are not renewed and go back to the registry. This may result in additional costs for the registry.

We will inform you about the time of the renewal and the available credit balance with the renewal report in due time by e-mail to the e-mail address we have on file.

It is also possible to renew a domain manually. To do so, please log in to the customer area and select Domains -> Renew Domains from the upper navigation. At the end of the line of the respective domain you can extend the duration of your domain by clicking on Extend. This option is not available for all domains. Only for domain extensions that support manual renewal, the link Renew is displayed.
